ORDERING AND POLICY

Placing an Order

This is your cake and your order, so your preferred method of communication is up to you!

Please utilize one of the options below:

  • Direct message me via our Facebook or Instagram pages

  • Text message or call my cell: (I do work a daytime job, so if I do not answer, please leave a detailed message and I will return your call as soon as possible)

  • Email

All aspects of an order, including but not limited to the below aspects, will be discussed prior to a deposit being made:

  • Cake description/ design (please feel free to send me a sample picture with your request, this helps me understand your thought process and to tailor a design to your needs).

  • Number of people needing to be served

  • Cake and Icing Flavors

  • Fondant/ Gum Paste Accents

  • Cardstock Lettering/ Message

  • Delivery Date, Time, and Location

Once the above details are set, a total price will be given for your cake order*


*Please note that an order is not considered taken until a 50% deposit is received. This will hold your delivery date and time and ensure no other orders are taken for this time period.

*Deposits are due at minimum 7 days before the delivery date to allow time for proper preparation.
 

Once your cake order is set, upon request, I will make a personalized rendering of the cake design (unless a picture has been provided during the order process that I am to duplicate).
